Mobile Fume Extraction Unit – PROFIMASTER
ProfiMaster is a robust smoke extraction filter unit for occasional to frequent use with low to medium amounts of dust. The high capacity disposable filter can easily be changed. The rotating and swiveling exhaust hood enables use in a 360-degree radius and ensures only few adjustments during welding.

Mobile Fume Extraction Unit – FILTERMASTER XL
Suction and filter unit for welding smoke extraction as a basic model with cleanable filter, W3 IFA certified.
A functional extraction filter unit with timed, automatic filter cleaning system for high levels of smoke and dust and permanent use. The KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridge for ultra-fine dust particles separates particles even below 0.1 µm. Due to the W3/IFA Certification it is also suitable for use in processing chromium-nickel steel.

Combination of welding table and filter unit
The fume extraction FilterTable is an affordable combination of a working table and filter unit. The large work surface allows for effective work during welding and grinding with low to medium levels of smoke and dust. The extraction unit with a disposable filter is designed for low to medium levels of smoke and dust and for occasional to frequent use.
- Downdraft fume extraction throughout whole working area (1200mm x 800mm)

Wall Mounted Filter Unit
Extraction unit with two exhaust arm for continous use and cleanable filter for welding smoke
Due to its differential pressure-controlled, automatic filter cleaning system, the stationary cartridge filter for welding fume extraction is suitable for high levels of smoke and dust and non-stop operation with low operating costs. The KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridges for ultra-fine dust particles separate particles even below 0.1 µm. The two-exhaust arm version with integral dampers allows simultaneous or alternating work in two places with adjustable extraction performance.
Customised Lengths Of Exhaust Arm
KEMPER extraction arms are flexible, move particularly easily, are self-supporting and have a high level of collection. The extraction arm can be adjusted with just one hand with little effort. Extraction arms are available in lengths of 2 to 10 metres in both hose and rigid metal tube versions. The flange-shaped hood from KEMPER captures 40 percent more welding fumes compared to normal oval hoods and is therefore less frequently tracked.
