Tempil Temperature Indicators
A part of Laco group, based in Chicago USA has been a leader of temperature measurement products in welding and manufacturing processes. Tempil incorporates temperature indicator technology to produce their temperature indicators, temperature paints, temperature labels and allied metal coatings.
Tempilstik – Temperature Indicating Stick
- > Temperature measurement crayon for Pre-heat, Stress Relieving, Interpass heat temperatures.
- > Temperature available: 38° C to 1093° C
- > Reliably accurate- melts within +/- 3% celsius rating
- > Lead and sulphur free
- > Permanently calibrated, available with lot number for traceability
Tempilaq Advanced
- > Temperature Indicating Liquid for thermal mapping, calibrating furnaces, annealing etc
- > Melts at rated temperature and re-solidifies with a distinct mark to confirm surface reached target temperature
- > Easy to apply, quick drying fluid, optimal for cold and/or smooth surfaces
- > Reliably accurate – melts within +/- 3% celsius rating
- > Temperature range: 149° C to 816° C
Bloxide Weldable Primer
- > Aluminum-based Weldable Primer prevents corrosion for long periods of storage.
- > Ability to strike welding arc without removal, saving time and efforts against any regular primer.
- > Offers X-Ray quality welds.
- > Available in I gallon (3.781trs), can be brushed or sprayed.
Pyromark – High Temperature Paint
- > Silicone- Based Coating for metal surfaces subjected to high temperature.
- > Long-lasting application against oxidation, corrosion, blistering, cracking or peeling at high temperatures
- > Most suited for Solar & Space Applications, solar absorption rate 0.95
- > Improves Heat Transfer in Infrared Heating Applications for its high emission properties
- > Available as Pyromark Series 1200 – temperature resistance 649°C, Pyromark Series 2500 – temperature resistance up to 1093°C
Anti Heat – Heat Absorbing Compound
- > Heat Absorbing compound to eliminate heat damage, discoloration for thin gauge material during welding.
