It is soluble in water, diesel distillate, or kerosene. ‘BIG BLUE’ is nearly neutral in reaction being non-toxic, non-irritating to the skin, and harmless to all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, painted surfaces, and fabrics. Being a concentrated product it is not recommended that BIG BLUE be used as supplied but should be mixed with an inexpensive solvent or water. ‘BIG BLUE’ can be prepared to the required strength in large quantities and stored without the mixture spoiling or becoming ineffective. On prolonged storage ‘BIG BLUE’ and water may require a small amount of agitation to redistribute emulsion. Method of application
